What is the typical handling time?
Once you place an order, your wig(s) will typically be shipped within 3-4 business days after payment is received.

Unless otherwise requested, domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days).

All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your shopping experience with us a success.
What is your return policy?
To see if a return or exchange is applicable, first call 1(800)490-3423 for further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Items are only elegible for a return/exchange if requested withing 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  As we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returned/exchanged wig, and shipping costs will be deducted from refund.  Only wigs in brand new condition (i.e. never worn, in original packaging) with original receipt are eligible for a return or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Certain sale items may not be eligible and will be indicated "Final Sale" in the product description.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that has surpassed 14 days after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be processed, we will submit the refund credit to the financial institution of your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
