FAQs

What forms of payment are acceptable?
PayPal and major credit cards are accepted at this time.
What is the typical handling time?
Once you place an order, your wig(s) will typically be shipped within five to seven business days after payment is received. 
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
What are your delivery options for domestic orders?
At checkout, you may choose your order to be shipped via USPS Ground (3-9 business days) or USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days). Does not including handling time.  
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, all international orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International.
Do you combine shipping?
No.

What is your privacy policy?
All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your shopping experience with us a success.
What is your return policy?
To see if a return or exchange is applicable, first e-mail info@sincitywigs.com or call 1(800)490-3423 for further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Items are only eligible for a return/exchange if requested and postmarked within seven days from the date of delivery.  You are also responsible for return shipping costs.  If seven days have passed since the date of delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  If we receive a return/exchange postmarked after seven days from the date of delivery, it will be sent back to your mailing address.  Only wigs in brand new condition (i.e. never worn, in original packaging) are eligible for a return/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returned/exchanged wig, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.   
Certain sale items may not be eligible and will be indicated "Final Sale" in the product description.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item not postmarked within seven days of its delivery date cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Each wig per transaction is eligible for one exchange only (i.e. After you exchange a wig, you may not continue to exchange it again). 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved your refund will be processed and we will submit the refund credit to the financial institution of your original method of payment.  Once submitted, we have done all we can do on our end. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
